Condition/modification: VERY GOOD with some play ware. The wrape around bridge is a non original Gotoh model mij.

Note: the screws on the pickguard are untouched and nice rusty which gives it a great mojo vibe, actually I don’t feel like opening them to make pics of the pots, I’m 100% positive that it is untouched. If really requested i will though.

Description:

All original GibsonMelody Maker in 2-tone Sunburst finish. This is the last model with the desired Les Paul style single cutaway body. Actually this 1960 Melody Maker has the same dimensions as the 59 model, thick C-shaped neck profil, single-cutaway, single-coil pickup. All electrics and soldering are original. The finish on the front of the guitar is pretty clean, with a slight patina and a minimal amount of light checking, the back-side got a bit of wear, in particular on the back of the neck and on the body edges, it is pure mojo though. 22 frets in good condition.

Comes with original blue soft case, decorated with some creative designs, done by unknown artist, signs of the time.
