Can Bayoglu
22-year-old guitarist, singer and songwriter; Can Bayoglu, who has devoted his soul to the Blues and is heralded as the next generation of the Blues music.
Can Bayoglu was born in Ankara, Turkiye in 2004. He grew up mainly with Blues and Rock&Roll since his childhood and heared the Blues first at the Efes Pilsen Blues concert in his mother's womb, got his first electric guitar at the age of 11. The self-taught guitarist has performed first at the age of 15. He has shared the stage with many valuable artists in Turkiye.
He has performed his first international performance on the social media of the Turn Up For Recovery (Crossroads Antigua) foundation, which was founded by Eric Clapton and also organizes the Crossroads Guitar Festival. CB became the first Turkish Blues guitarist who was invited to the Eric Clapton's Crossroads Guitar Festival, organized by the same foundation in Los Angeles in 2023.
CB was accepted as the official “Fender Artist” in Turkiye.

He has performed with D.K. Harrell, Mitch Woods, Jason Lee Moeller and Tom Holland at the 28th Lucerne Blues Festival held in Luzern, Switzerland in November 2023.
CB released his first single, “I Got You Deep In My Head” at the age of 19 and published his very first contemporary Blues album “I Belong To The Blues” when he was only 20 years old.
He has participated and performed at the Cremona Musica, International Exhibitons & Festival 2025 in September; Cremona, Italy.
He currently performs with his band, also studies Political Science & International Relations at university.
Collaboration
Can Bayoglu, a very talented young Blues artist, a great singer and guitarist...no wonder he called my attention.
Since we follow each other on IG, both burning for the Blues, for Albert, BB, Freddie, Stevie, Chuck, yea, the logical consequence was that we got in touch at some point, we quickly realized that we got the same passion for vintage guitars and amps, and or good music of corse.
In November 2023, while his stay in Switzerland, performing at the Lucerne Blues Festival, he spontaneously decided to come over to my place to spend an afternoon, playing all kinds of vintage guitars and amps which are/were in my collection, see last reel.
We had so much fun, and of corse I was impressed by this young gentlemen's virtuosity, by his tasty burning Texan stylish playing, 20 years old only but already so well developed, wow.
At that time I have just started my collaboration with Jeff Maccaglia from RFO Electronics, I decided to ad a couple of his pedals to my inventory.
I had the feeling that the el Mo' overdrive could be exactly right for Can, adding that extra crunch to his tone, he liked it and left with that pedal that day.
Meanwhile, the el Mo' has become part of his signature sound and he has became an ambassador for RFO Electronics. Also, occasionally, he adds the Rocket Boost to his setup, givin' it an extra push.
We admire Can Bayoglu, he is one of the best of the new Blues generation worldwide. His live performances are mind blowing. I follow his career with enthusiasm.
In September 2025 Can has performed at Cremona Guitar Show for the Electric Sound Village...what a great show!
