From the later Maxon Fire Blade series, after the Maxon/Ibanez AF-9 and AF-01 Auto Filter models.

Like most auto filters this pedal is largely based on the Mu-Tron III design and controls. Sounds great, works perfect and is in excellent physical condition. Multiple parameter settings for a wide variety of filter/envelope effects. For some reason this series from Maxon were labelled as being 10V (like some of the reissue series), though they work perfectly on standard 9VDC and take a regular Boss-type (not included) or 9V battery. No more etiquette at the back side.
