Product description

The DLS Effects ECHOTour is a compact voiced analog delay created for warm vintage echoes, classic slapback, ambient textures and reverb-like sounds.

Its delay range extends from approximately 40ms to nearly 600ms, covering everything from short rockabilly reflections and subtle doubling to spacious repeats and self-regenerating echo effects.

Unlike delays that cloud the original guitar sound, the ECHOTour was designed so that its repeats can sit naturally behind the dry signal. Increase the Echo Volume and the repeats can become louder and more prominent than the original note.

Warm, adjustable echo tone

The dedicated Echo Tone control changes the character of the repeats:

• Turn clockwise for brighter and clearer echoes
• Turn counter-clockwise for darker, warmer repeats
• Use darker settings for tape-echo-inspired textures

This makes it easy to match the delay to different guitars, amplifiers and musical styles.

From slapback to atmospheric delay

The ECHOTour offers a broad range of sounds despite its straightforward control layout:

The straight instrument signal remains analog throughout the circuit, helping preserve the guitar’s natural tone, dynamics and clarity.

The echoes are mixed alongside the unaffected dry signal rather than replacing it, making the ECHOTour particularly effective for players who want ambience without losing definition.
